Working with the Endurance Group also means that your project will receive the full thoughtful attention of Jeremiah and Jim Sullivan, co-owners of the firm. Jeremiah and Jim are passionate about this business and they bring almost forty years of business experience to the Endurance Group. They place a high value on education having been privileged to attend some of this country’s best schools and always strive to hire staff with excellent educational credentials. Jeremiah and Jim are the sons of Irish immigrants who have always been encouraged to work hard and reach for grand goals. We bring this same philosophy to our business.

James T. Sullivan, President

Jim is one of the founders of the company. He works closely with our clients to develop and execute innovative business development strategies. He has more than 20 years of consulting and business development experience with Arthur Andersen and other consulting firms. Prior to founding the Endurance Group in July 1999, he managed large valuation and underwriting projects on national real estate transactions for major clients including Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse First Boston and Tishman Speyer.

Jim received a B.S. in Finance & Economics from the Stern School of Business at New York University and an M.S. in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University.

Jeremiah P. Sullivan, CFO

Jeremiah is one of the founders of the company and is responsible for the general management and business development activities of the company. Prior to founding the Endurance Group, he served as the Managing Director of The Diamond Group, a New Jersey based private equity firm. Jeremiah has also developed a broad base of experience in management consulting, corporate finance, international development work and commercial banking. He worked as a CFO at Diamond Communication Products, a management consultant at COMPO Consulting Group, a financial controller at AlliedSignal Corporation, a Peace Corps Volunteer in Honduras and a commercial loan officer at Bank of Tokyo and National Westminster Bank.

Jeremiah is a 1980 graduate of Regis High School in Manhattan. He received a B.S. Degree in International Relations from Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in 1984 and his M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College in 1993.
