Most franchisees know they need to recruit — but hiring an in-house recruiter or spending your own time on it is expensive. Our service gives you a turnkey recruiting assistant at a fraction of the cost.

Base Fee $500/Monthly

First month waived
Per Meeting $125

Per qualified meeting booked on your calendar
Per Hire $1000

Per producing agent hire — spread out over 6 months, so if an agent leaves quickly, you don’t keep paying.

For less than the cost of a part-time recruiter (or even a few hours of your own time), you’ll have consistent outreach, weekly meetings, and support through to signature.

FAQs

Do I need another CRM for this?

No. Everything is tracked inside Realty ONE’s HubSpot.

Do I need to buy anything else?

Yes, you’ll need a LinkedIn Sales Navigator license and one of Realty ONE’s approved data platforms (Relitix, Courted, or BrokerMetrics). These give us the agent lists and contact info we need to run your recruiting campaigns.

Who writes the messages?

Realty ONE corporate provides approved messaging templates. TEG sets everything up and runs the outreach in your name. You don’t need to write anything!

How do the meetings get scheduled?

Meetings are booked directly onto your calendar using your booking link (e.g., Calendly). You’ll receive reminders just like you would for any other appointment.

What if an agent leaves after signing?

Our hire fee is spread over 6 months. If the agent leaves quickly, you won’t keep paying for them.

Can TEG help with follow-ups and contracts?

Yes. With our Concierge service, we’ll act like your recruiting EA — sending follow-up emails, sharing contracts, and keeping agents moving from first conversation to signature.

What’s the commitment?

Month 1 base fee is waived. After that, you will commit to 3-month terms, with automatic renewals unless canceled.
